Building permits in Primera come from the City of Primera's Building Inspections Division. Its list names patios and swimming pools among the work it permits, and its rule reaches repairs and improvements to any building, so before your floor goes on the schedule we check what applies at your address. If you need a permit, we tell you and work through the paperwork with you, and the job waits until it's issued. We're licensed and insured. If you're adding garage lights or outlets while the floor is clear, that wiring needs an electrician licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and Primera has its own business license ordinance you can ask the city about.
What moves the price here is mostly the slab. Primera is growing, so we work on newer concrete that may still be giving off moisture and on older floors under layers of paint, sealer or oil, and each of those changes how much grinding and repair comes before the coating. The schedule turns on clearing the space, the coating's cure and any permit, and after I've seen your floor I write up what I'd do and why. We do the same work up the road in La Feria and over in Harlingen.
