Why I started this business
I spent years running schedules for a busy company, and I kept watching crews get sent to floors nobody had looked at first. So I learned the trade myself, on grinders and on coating crews, and in 2020 I started Benchmark Brownsville Concrete Coatings here in Brownsville.
Homeowners call us about garages, patios and indoor floors, and business owners call when they need a floor done without staying closed longer than they have to. We're known for careful prep and for telling people straight what their slab can take, and that's the thinking behind all of our floor coating and concrete work.

I visit and write the plan
I come to your property, look at the slab and ask how you use the space. Then I write up what I'd do and why. The price turns on your floor's size and condition and the system that suits it, and the estimate is free with no obligation.
We prep and install the floor
Before work starts, we check permit rules with the office that covers your address and tell you if your job needs one. Our crew lead and installers do the prep and the install, I stop by while the work is going on, and we're licensed and insured.
