Before any work starts here, we check with the office that covers your address, because permit rules change from city to city and I'd rather know than guess. If your job needs a permit, I tell you, we work through the paperwork with you, and the start date waits until that's settled. Ask us to show we're licensed and insured before you sign anything. The price moves with the square footage, the shape the slab is in, whether an old coating or sealer has to come off, how many cracks need filling and which system you pick. The schedule turns on that same prep, plus the cure time the coating needs and how quickly the space can be cleared. At the estimate I write up what I'd do and why, so you can see what's behind the number.
Harlingen is a regular trip for us from Brownsville, and we do the same garage, patio and shop floors in San Benito and Mercedes. What slows a job down is usually what's sitting on the floor, not the drive. Ahead of time, I'll tell you what has to come out of the garage or room and where the cars should go. Business owners also get a plan for the days they'll be off that floor. If your city isn't on our list, call and ask, because the city pages show some of the places we work, not all of them.
